Do you give fixed-price quotes?

Yes, for anything with a defined scope. We walk the property, write down what is included and what is not, and hold the price. If something unexpected turns up behind a wall, we stop and talk to you before we spend a dollar more.

How long does a full exterior repaint take?

For a standard Auckland villa, allow about a week of working days Verify typical duration, plus weather contingency. We book a start date rather than a vague window, and we tell you early if rain moves it.

Can you work around tenants or guests?

Yes, and we plan the sequence around them from the start. For holiday lets we work to the booking calendar and take the rooms in an order that keeps the property lettable wherever possible.
