Most indoor jobs are small on their own and annoying together. Send them as one list and we will knock them off in one visit wherever we can.

When to do it
Service before you need it.
The heat pump you ignore all summer is the one that fails on the first cold night, usually on a Friday. A service in autumn costs a fraction of an emergency callout in July, and it runs cheaper all winter too.
Same logic for smoke alarms, gutters and hot water: everything that fails does it at the worst possible moment.
- Annually: heat pump service, smoke alarm test, hot water check
- Autumn: heating checked before the cold hits

- Anytime: the fix-it list, batched into one visit
What it costs
Honest ranges, before you ask.
Small indoor jobs are usually charged by the hour plus materials, with a minimum callout. Bigger jobs are quoted upfront. Either way you know the number before we start.
