Pool & spa care
Always swim-ready.
Chemistry, cleaning and servicing by qualified partners, on a schedule that suits the property. Whether it is your family or your guests using it, the water is right when they get in.
What is included
What pool and spa care covers.
Regular care is cheaper than recovery. A pool that is left alone for a season costs far more to bring back than it does to keep right.
- Water testing and chemical balancing
- Pool vacuuming, brushing and skimming
- Filter cleaning and backwashing
- Pump and equipment checks
- Spa drain, clean and refill
- Green pool recovery and recommissioning
- Pool cover and safety fence checks
- Pre-season and pre-guest readiness visits
When to do it
Pools have a season. Guests do not.
A family pool can drop to a lighter schedule over winter. A holiday let cannot: a guest who arrives to cloudy water writes about it, and that review outlasts the summer.
We set the visit frequency around how the property is used, then hold to it.
- Spring: recommission, balance and clean for the season
- Summer: fortnightly or weekly service, plus pre-guest checks
- Autumn: leaf management and cover fitted
- Winter: reduced schedule to keep the water alive
What it costs
Honest ranges, before you ask.
Pool care is priced per visit against pool size and how often we come. Chemicals are charged at cost. One-off recovery jobs are quoted upfront after we have seen photos.
