Auckland gives you a wet winter and a fast-growing spring, so outdoor work rewards timing more than effort. Get the gutters cleared before the autumn leaf drop and you avoid the overflow that rots a fascia.

Outdoor maintenance, answered.

How often should gutters be cleaned in Auckland?

Once a year for most properties, twice if you have got large trees overhead. The right time is late autumn, after the leaf drop and before the winter rain really sets in. A blocked gutter is cheap to clear and expensive to ignore.

Do I need to be home?

No. Outdoor work rarely needs access to the house, so most clients leave us to it and get the photos afterwards. If we do need a tap, a gate code or a power point, we will sort that with you when we confirm the booking.

Can you handle a section that has got away on us?

Yes, and we will not make you feel bad about it. Overgrown sections are a one-off catch-up job first, then a much cheaper regular visit to keep it that way. We will quote both so you can see the difference.
