What areas do you cover?
We work across greater Auckland, from the North Shore to South Auckland. If you are outside that, ask anyway, our network is wide and we will tell you straight if we cannot help.
Do you handle small jobs?
Yes. No job too small: a dripping tap, a sticking door, a single gutter clean. Small jobs are how most clients start with us; the care plan is how they stay.
How does pricing work?
You get a clear quote before work starts, and the invoice matches it. On a Care Plan, every recommendation shows a price range upfront and is confirmed before we begin. No surprises is the whole point.
Are your people qualified and insured?
Every trade we coordinate is qualified, vetted and insured Verify wording with Rod. One Porter contact stays accountable to you for the lot.
Can you work around guests or tenants?
All the time, it is our specialty. We built our systems around short-stay turnovers, so working to a booking calendar or a tenant's schedule is standard practice, not a favour.
